Welcome to RUMREN ID! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://rumren.id/ and all services offered by RUMREN ID, including subdomain services, website design, and features for buying and selling physical and digital goods (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

4. RUMREN ID Services
4.1. Subdomain and Website Design Services
Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload or create through our website design Services.
Content License: By uploading or creating content, you grant RUMREN ID a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Services.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or display through our Services. You warrant that you own all necessary rights to such content and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Acceptable Use Policy: You agree not to use our subdomain and website design Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to phishing, malware distribution, spamming, or hosting content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
4.2. Goods Buy and Sell Features (Marketplace)
RUMREN ID’s Role: RUMREN ID provides a marketplace platform that allows users to offer, sell, buy, and exchange physical and digital goods. We do not own, sell, or buy the items listed on our marketplace. We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or truthfulness of the items listed.
Seller’s Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for the goods they offer, including accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping (for physical goods), and order fulfillment. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of their goods.
Buyer’s Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, prices, and terms of sale before making a purchase. Buyers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase of goods.
Transactions and Payments: All transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and seller. RUMREN ID may provide or integrate third-party payment services to facilitate transactions. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of such third-party payment providers.
Disputes: RUMREN ID is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. While we may offer dispute resolution mechanisms or support, the ultimate decision and responsibility for resolving disputes rest with the parties involved.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe upon or violate RUMREN ID’s intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
Upload or transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights (excluding user content), are and will remain the exclusive property of RUMREN ID and its licensors. The RUMREN ID name, logo, and any other product or service names associated with RUMREN ID are trademarks of RUMREN ID. You are not granted any right or license to use such trademarks.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. RUMREN ID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RUMREN ID, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RUMREN ID and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) content you submit, post, or make available through the Services; or (iv) your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of East Java, Indonesia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

コンテンツライセンス: お客様は、コンテンツをアップロードまたは作成することにより、RUMREN IDに対し、本サービスの運営に関連して、当該コンテンツを使用、複製、変更、適応、公開、翻訳、派生作品の作成、配布、実行、および表示するための非独占的、ロイヤリティフリー、譲渡可能、サブライセンス可能、世界的なライセンスを付与します。
コンテンツの責任: お客様は、本サービスを通じてアップロード、投稿、または表示するすべてのコンテンツについて単独で責任を負います。お客様は、当該コンテンツに必要なすべての権利を有し、当該コンテンツがいかなる第三者の権利も侵害しないことを保証します。

RUMREN IDの役割: RUMREN IDは、ユーザーが物理的・デジタル商品を提供、販売、購入、交換できるマーケットプレイスプラットフォームを提供します。私たちは、当社のマーケットプレイスに掲載されている商品を所有、販売、または購入しません。私たちはファシリテーターとして機能し、掲載されている商品の品質、安全性、合法性、または真実性について責任を負いません。
販売者の責任: 販売者は、正確な製品の説明、価格設定、入手可能性、配送（物理的商品の場合）、および注文の履行を含む、提供する商品について単独で責任を負います。販売者は、商品の販売に関連するすべての適用される法律および規制を遵守する必要があります。
購入者の責任: 購入者は、購入を行う前に、製品の説明、価格、および販売条件を確認する責任があります。購入者は、商品の購入に関連するすべての適用される法律および規制を遵守する必要があります。

5. 禁止された使用

本サービスを妨害または中断するいかなる活動に従事すること。
本サービスのいかなる部分もリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルすること。
当社の書面による明示的な許可なく、いかなる目的であれ、ロボット、スパイダー、スクレイパー、またはその他の自動化された手段を使用して本サービスにアクセスすること。
6. 知的財産
本サービスに関するすべての権利、権原、および利益（ユーザーコンテンツを除く、関連するすべての知的財産権を含む）は、RUMREN IDおよびそのライセンサーの独占的財産であり、今後もそうであり続けます。RUMREN IDの名称、ロゴ、およびRUMREN IDに関連するその他の製品またはサービス名は、RUMREN IDの商標です。お客様には、かかる商標を使用する権利またはライセンスは付与されません。
7. 保証の否認
本サービスは「現状有姿」および「利用可能な限り」で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害、または履行の黙示の保証を含むがこれに限定されない、いかなる種類の明示または黙示の保証もありません。RUMREN IDは、本サービスが中断されないこと、エラーがないこと、または安全であることを保証しません。
8. 責任の制限
適用される法律で許容される最大限の範囲で、いかなる場合においても、RUMREN ID、その取締役、従業員、パートナー、代理人、サプライヤー、または関連会社は、間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害、利益の損失、データ、使用、信用、またはその他の無形損失を含むがこれに限定されない、いかなる損害についても責任を負いません。これらは、(I)お客様の本サービスへのアクセスまたは使用、またはアクセスまたは使用できないこと、(II)本サービス上の第三者の行為またはコンテンツ、(III)本サービスから取得したコンテンツ、および(IV)お客様の送信またはコンテンツへの不正アクセス、使用、または変更に起因または関連して生じるものであり、保証、契約、不法行為（過失を含む）、またはその他の法的理論に基づくものであり、当社がそのような損害の可能性について知らされていたか否か、またここに定められた救済策がその本質的な目的を達成できなかったと判明した場合でも同様です。
9. 補償
お客様は、RUMREN IDおよびその取締役、従業員、パートナー、代理人、サプライヤー、および関連会社を、(i)お客様による本サービスの利用、(ii)お客様による本規約の違反、(iii)お客様が本サービスを通じて提出、投稿、または利用可能にしたコンテンツ、または(iv)お客様による第三者の権利の侵害に起因または関連する、あらゆる請求、損害、義務、損失、負債、費用、および費用（弁護士費用を含むがこれに限定されない）から防御し、補償し、免責することに同意します。
10. 終了
当社は、独自の裁量により、事前の通知や義務なしに、いつでもお客様のアカウントおよび本サービスへのアクセスを直ちに終了または停止することができます。これには、本規約の違反を含むがこれに限定されない、いかなる理由も含まれます。

当社は、独自の裁量により、いつでも本規約を変更または置き換える権利を留保します。改訂が重大なものである場合、新しい条件が発効する少なくとも30日前に通知するよう努めます。何が重大な変更を構成するかは、当社の独自の裁量で決定されます。
これらの改訂が発効した後も本サービスにアクセスまたは利用し続けることにより、お客様は改訂された条件に拘束されることに同意するものとします。新しい条件に同意しない場合は、本サービスの利用を中止してください。
